From address hygiene, postal presort processing, laser personalization and inkjet addressing to inserting, hand and custom kit assembly, folding, tabbing, inline stamping and drop shipping, we have you covered. We work closely with the USPS to ensure your project avoids any costly delays and meets all postal regulations.

Data Processing

Minimize the number of postcards and mailers you get returned by ensuring your mailing list is as accurate as possible. We'll check your address lists against the USPS’ National Change of Address (NCOA) database to ensure move updates are applied, and we'll verify the spelling and format of the addresses provided with both ACE and CASS data processing. If an address is flagged as undeliverable, you can opt to suppress those addresses from the mailing, research and update the address, or if you need to get the piece out for legal purposes, we can proceed knowing the address will likely be returned. We’ll also help you maximize your postage savings by presorting your mailing before it gets added to the mail stream. This creates a streamlined workflow for the USPS on qualifying bulk mailings of at least 200 pieces for standard rates, and at least 500 pieces for First Class rates.
